8 WEEKS MUM-TO-BE MOVEMENT COURSE

Join the next mum-to-be Movement Course, a thoughtfully designed 8-week journey for women at any stage of pregnancy. Every Thursday we meet for for a blend of pregnancy-safe Pilates (reformer & mat), movement awareness and breathing exercises for birth.

Through conscious movement and breath, you don’t just understand what helps, you practice it, feel it, and integrate it into your body.

​Every session is both learning and training, allowing you to embody what truly supports pregnancy and childbirth:"a strong and flexible body, a calm and adaptable mind, and deep trust in yourself."​

What you’ll gain:

  • Strength, mobility and confidence throughout pregnancy

  • Tools to use movement and postures during labour

  • A sense of empowerment, intuition and inner flexibility

  • Connection with other like-minded mums-to-be

Each class has a different focus, gradually guiding you from awareness and movement into practical birth preparation.

INVESTMENT     €275 for the full course

After each class, you’re warmly invited to stay for 30 minutes to enjoy tea, coffee and sweets (included in the price)a moment to connect, share and slow down together.
