8 WEEKS MUM-TO-BE MOVEMENT COURSE

Join the next mum-to-be Movement Course, a thoughtfully designed 8-week journey for women at any stage of pregnancy. Every Thursday we meet for for a blend of pregnancy-safe Pilates (reformer & mat), movement awareness and breathing exercises for birth.

Through conscious movement and breath, you don’t just understand what helps, you practice it, feel it, and integrate it into your body.

​Every session is both learning and training, allowing you to embody what truly supports pregnancy and childbirth:"a strong and flexible body, a calm and adaptable mind, and deep trust in yourself."​
