Reformer Pilates group

Experience reformer Pilates in its purest form—no loud music or on-beat flows, just mindful movement from start to finish. In small groups of six, you receive personal feedback to master each exercise.

Class Levels

 At YUMO, our classes are designed to support your journey — from building strong foundations to moving with precision and power. Each level offers a unique focus, and the intensity and complexity gradually increase as you progress.

ROOT

 Start your journey here. You’ll build a solid base and learn the essential Pilates principles that will support you in every movement. Perfect for beginners, or anyone working with injuries or physical complaints. We strongly recommend starting here if you have no previous Pilates experience.

FLOW

Once you’ve established your foundation, FLOW takes things to the next level. You will improve your coordination and learn to keep your focus while the pace pics up!

Expect a more continuous sequence of movements with higher intensity and more challenging movements. 

POWER

This is where focus, coordination and strength meet. POWER is for those who have mastered the fundamentals and want to challenge themselves with more powerful and complex movements.
Best suited for experienced movers.
