2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
To have no major health problems which may affect their participation in any sessions at the Studio.
It is the participant’s sole responsibility to notify the Studio before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio and/or which may have arisen or worsened since their last session at the Studio (if any).
The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any participant if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of Studio facilities.
GDPR: Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with GDPR legislation. Personal data of participants is stored and processed in our database for the following purposes: processing and analysis of customer data, market studies, informing participants about new services and products, and promotional campaigns. YUMO STUDIO reserves the right to use personal data for direct marketing purposes and may share this data with third parties for these purposes. Participants retain the right to opt out and object by sending an email to info@yumostudio.be. YUMO STUDIO is not liable for any damage resulting from website intrusion or hacking. YUMO STUDIO will take all reasonable security measures in accordance with current technological standards. YUMO STUDIO is not liable for damages resulting from phishing, farming, or other forms of internet fraud or criminal activity.

YUMO STUDIO is available during opening hours for any questions regarding class passes or payments.
Our instructors work independently and are fully responsible for honoring their own appointments and actions. YUMO STUDIO cannot be held liable for any negligence on the part of the pilates or yoga instructor.
YUMO STUDIO reserves the right to use photos taken on the premises unless the client has clearly expressed their refusal.
Every client must be able to identify themselves at all times. YUMO STUDIO reserves the right to request identification at any time.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
3.1. Class Passes
Class passes are non-transferable: A class pass is strictly personal and may never be transferred to third parties.Misuse: In case of misuse of a class pass, the pass will be withdrawn and cancelled. Discovery Passes may only be used once per person.
3.2. Payment Method and Validity Period
Your class pass becomes active on the day of payment.
Each class pass has a specific validity period. This period must always be respected and cannot be extended once the expiry date has passed.
It is possible to temporarily freeze a class pass in case of injury or illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate. However, retroactive freezing of the pass is not possible. The suspension period is always a minimum of one month, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the first day of the following month.
Refunds for already purchased class passes are not possible under any circumstances.
3.3. Reservations and appointments
All classes (group or private) must be paid for in advance.
Private sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via the Bsport app or by phone. If cancellation occurs on the same day, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Failure to show up without notice will also result in the full amount being charged.
Group classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class; otherwise, the class will be charged.
Prices may be changed by YUMO STUDIO at any time. Clients will be informed at least 14 days in advance of any price adjustments.
4. LIABILITY WAIVER
Participants are at all times responsible for their personal belongings. Neither YUMO STUDIO nor its staff can be held liable for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal items within the studio. Please use the lockers to store valuables. The use of lockers is at your own risk. In case of suspected misuse of lockers, YUMO STUDIO reserves the right to open them.
Each particpant must have personal accident insurance. In the event of an accident not covered by our insurance, or for amounts exceeding the insured sum, YUMO STUDIO can never be held liable, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by one of its staff members.
Neither YUMO STUDIO nor its staff can be held responsible for death, personal injury, or illness of its clients, their children, or guests present at YUMO STUDIO.
The liability of YUMO STUDIO is limited to an amount equal to the value of the class passes paid during the year preceding the accident, with a maximum of €1,000 per claim.
YUMO STUDIO shall never be required to pay compensation exceeding the amount covered by its liability insurance.
5. STUDIO INFORMATION
​​​​​YUMO STUDIO reserves the right to modify opening hours, class schedules, and instructors at any time.
YUMO STUDIO is not obliged to provide any compensation when classes or other services are cancelled.
Wearing appropriate sportswear is mandatory. It is forbidden to train on the equipment with regular socks. The only two options are barefoot or grip socks. If training barefoot, nail polish is not allowed as it may damage the equipment.
All sports materials and equipment must be treated with care and cleaned with disinfectant spray after use.
Used equipment must always be returned to its designated place to help keep the studio tidy.
Shoes must be placed on the shoe rack, and personal belongings (sports bags, clothing, etc.) must be stored in the designated lockers. Lockers are emptied at the end of each day.
Please show respect towards others in the studio at all times. Give each other space, avoid unwanted comments, and do not take photos of others without their consent.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. The use or sale of illegal drugs on the premises is also strictly forbidden.
Animals are not allowed in the training areas.
In case of fire, please leave the building immediately and leave all personal belongings behind.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the training zones unless accompanied by an adult, who is at all times responsible for the child.
